Unischooly sells online education services only. No physical goods are shipped.

How our services are delivered

All classes are delivered live online, over video. You can join from a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.

When you get access

After a successful payment you receive a confirmation email straight away, and your class timetable and joining details within 24 hours (on the next working day if you pay on a Sunday or public holiday).

Course duration

A group course level runs for about 8 weeks. 1:1 class packs are valid for 3 months from purchase. Exam preparation courses run for the duration stated at enrolment.

Problems with access

If you have not received your details within 24 hours, contact us at support@unischooly.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7587 357644 and we will sort it out the same day.
