Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of unischooly.com and to every course or class you buy from Unischooly (“we”, “us”). By booking a class or making a payment you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide live, online language classes (group and 1:1) and exam preparation courses, delivered over video by our teachers, together with class materials and practice. Course content, schedules and prices are described on our website.
2. Enrolment and eligibility
You must give accurate details when you enrol. Learners under 18 may enrol only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, PayU; we do not store your card or bank details. We may change prices for future purchases; this never affects a course you have already paid for.
4. Classes and scheduling
After payment we share your timetable and joining links. Group classes run to a fixed schedule. You may reschedule a 1:1 class by giving at least 24 hours' notice; classes missed without notice are counted as taken. If we have to cancel a class, we will reschedule it at no cost.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your conduct
Please be respectful to teachers and other learners. We may remove a learner from a class, without refund, for abusive or disruptive behaviour, or for sharing class links or materials with people who have not enrolled.
7. Recordings and materials
Classes may be recorded for quality and for learners who miss a session; recordings are shared only with that class. Course materials are for your personal learning and may not be copied, sold or shared.
8. Certificates and exams
Our certificates confirm that you completed a course level with us. They are not official exam results. Official exams (such as DELF, TEF or TCF) are booked and taken separately with the official test centre, at your own cost.
9. Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver every class as promised, but learning results depend on attendance and practice and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Contact
