This policy explains how Unischooly collects and uses personal data when you use our website or classes. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address.
  • Learning details: chosen course, level, class attendance and progress.
  • Payment details: payment status and transaction reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by PayU and never reach us.
  • Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to run the website and online classes.

How we use it

  • To set up and deliver your classes and trial lessons.
  • To process payments, refunds and invoices.
  • To contact you about your classes, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • To improve our courses and website.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our classes (for example our payment partner PayU, video-class and email providers), only as needed and under confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Children

We collect data about learners under 18 only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and use it only to provide their classes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you are learning with us and for as long as the law requires afterwards (for example for tax records), then delete it.

Security

We use reputable, secure service providers, encrypted connections and restricted staff access to protect your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@unischooly.com. We respond within 30 days.

Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer at support@unischooly.com (subject: “Grievance”). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and basic, privacy-friendly analytics.
