How many students are in a batch?
Batches are kept small so everyone speaks in every class.
How long is each class?
Classes run Monday to Saturday; your counsellor shares the exact timetable for your batch before you pay.
What if I miss a class?
Watch the recording on your portal any time before your access ends.
How long can I use the portal?
It depends on the course: for example 150 days for French Basic + A1, 224 days for Basic to A2, and 448 days for the full Basic to TEF route. All recordings, PDFs and tests stay available until then.
Can I switch batch?
Yes, once, subject to seats in the new batch.
